There is no cost to the condo/HOA/strata ever. There is no upfront cost to the resident. Smart EV is strictly a rental offering were we are responsible for everything concerning the system and the monthly rental costs covers everything except for the cost of electricity consumed which the resident pays for and we reimburse the condo/HOA/strata.

Residents do have the option of buying the installation to their parking spot and cost depends on the distance the parking spot is to the panel. We can provide a quote before committing.

That depends on your transformer and will be less than the total number of parking spots you have. We can perform a capacity review at no cost. We do provide load management so that to ensure the available capacity is utilized effectively and to ensure every EV will get at least some charge while connected to our system

They are outlined in our agreement, however, we need the condo/HOA/strata to allow us access to the common elements, advise all residents of the availability of the EV system, agree to a 15 year exclusivity to us to be your EV system partner and guarantee at least 10 spots and/or the revenue for at least 10 spots

Typically it takes 6-8 weeks to get the permits and install the system to be able to start charging

Yes. We are fully transparent. You will be able to see that information real time, and get monthly reports to support the reimbursement back for the electricity consumed by all EV’s on the system

Yes. We can supply a surcharge to the rental rate and/or the charge for electricity and provide that to the condo/HOA/strata
