There is no cost to the developer. There is no upfront cost to the purchaser. Smart EV is strictly a rental offering were we are responsible for everything concerning the system and the monthly rental costs covers everything except for the cost of electricity consumed which the resident pays for and we reimburse the developer.

That depends on your transformer and will be less than the total number of parking spots you have. We can perform a capacity review at no cost. We do provide load management to ensure the available capacity is utilized effectively and to ensure every EV will get at least some charge while connected to the Smart EV system

They are outlined in our agreement, however, we need the developer to allow Smart EV access to the common elements, advise all purchasers of the availability of the EV system, guarantee at least 10 spots and/or the revenue for at least 10 spots and create an EV System Unit that will be conveyed to Smart EV on registration comprising of the smart panels and all conduit and wiring to all the parking spots

Typically it takes 6-8 weeks to get the permits and install the system to be able to start charging

Yes. We are fully transparent. You will be able to see that information real time, and get monthly reports to support the reimbursement back for the electricity consumed by all EV’s on the system
